The kitchen is led by chef Michał Pezda, who doesn't look for inspiration in one place but gathers it on his travels. Every small plate is a map of his experiences: flavours that surprised him somewhere and that he wanted to bring to our table. What lands on the plates is what he would want to eat himself, with no compromises and no half-measures.
